As the Safety Officer for your facility, it's important to recognize your OSHA responsibilities. On June 1, 2015 employers must have completed the revised Hazard Communications Standards at their facilities. This includes all healthcare facilities no matter your size.  You'll learn what those are and what actions you'll need to take.

Safety Officer Orientation is not intended for staff level UNLESS that staff member is in charge of the program.

Safety Officer Orientation  will NOT cover Bloodborne Pathogens, only their job duties and their annual responsibilities.
