This one-hour session will report to attendees survey citations that have been gleaned from deficiency listings, including but not limited to the September 2018 incident that occurred at a surgery center in New Jersey.  The goal is for facilities to self-reflect on internal processes to assess their own vulnerabilities in hopes of proactive corrective action.
