FACULTY SPEAKERS:

Michelle Ingmire  Michelle Ingmire, BA, MBA

Michelle’s previous background as an Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator affords her the knowledge to assist with operational expertise. Through her multi-site multi-specialty exposure, she has developed successful strategies for quality programs that are cost effective for the organizations she has managed. She currently serves as the COO for PrimaryOne Health in Columbus Ohio overseeing a staff of 210. She earned her MBA from Friends University. She is retired from the United States Army.  

 

Roger Manning  Roger Manning, BA

Roger is currently using his 30 years of people management / human resource healthcare management expertise to assist ambulatory surgery centers with their HR and recruitment needs. He offers advice on reporting lines, compensation packages, as well as onboarding processes. As Managing Partner for Excellentia Advisory Group, he has orchestrated and hosted five Infection Prevention conferences for ASC’s.  Additionally he has served as interim CEO for a multi- site healthcare organization which included an ASC. His recent involvement with equipment planning has allowed him to assist with facility development in multiple states. Roger obtained his BS degree from the University of Missouri.

 

 

Cathy Montgomery   Cathy Montgomery, RN, CASC

Cathy’s expertise is ambulatory surgery center regulatory compliance. She has developed facilities including de novo, entity within an entity, as well as facility expansions. Her extensive training program specific to ASC needs, initiated in 2009, has enabled centers to excel when it comes to their surveys as well as day to day management. Currently Cathy is the President of Excellentia Advisory Group. In addition to being a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC), Cathy is a registered nurse, and an AAAASF surveyor. Previously a Regional Administrator for NovaMed, she oversaw ambulatory surgery centers and associated physician practices in Missouri and Illinois.  She is a frequent speaker for various state ASC associations and has written numerous articles for professional publications.   

 

Regina Robinson   Regina Robinson, RN, BSN, MBA CASC

Regina has channeled her experience gained from 13 years spent in the management and development of ambulatory surgery centers to assist facilities with their finance and operational needs. Currently Regina is an independent ASC Healthcare Consultant. In addition to being a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC), Regina is a registered nurse and has her Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She has been able to share her knowledge through national speaking engagements such as Becker’s Conferences. Additionally, she has written published articles including Outpatient Surgery Magazine. She currently is a faculty member teaching healthcare administration for the University of Phoenix.

 

Jim Stilley   Jim Stilley, MHA, MPA, CASC

VP, Healthcare Operations VEI Michigan/ Director Business Operations VEI at VEI - Community Health Network

Jim is a Surgery Center and surgical product line expert. He has extensive experience with finance, payer negotiation, operations, executive leadership, team building and the overall business of surgery. Currently Jim is the VP of Healthcare Operations for Community Health Network. In addition to being a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC), Jim received graduate degrees in healthcare administration from Baylor University and in business administration from the University of Washington.  Jim is a past President of the Michigan Ambulatory Surgery Association (MASA) serving 2 terms 2006-2010. Prior to his transition to healthcare leadership, Jim was a healthcare practitioner trained as a Physician Assistant. Notably Jim is a retired Naval Officer.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

Individual reservations must be cancelled prior to 12:00 p.m. on the confirmed date of arrival in order to avoid a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. We require a valid credit card and photo ID to be presented at check in. Check In Time: 3:00 p.m. Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m. Arrangements may be made for baggage storage with the Hotel’s front desk staff.

CUTOFF DATE
